Placing an order
- When you are ready, fill in the 'Request a Quote' form
- We will then confirm price, shipping and delivery

Amending your order
We are unable to amend or change orders once they been have shipped.
Stock availability
All items are subject to availability.
Delivery charge
Our shipping chargesare based on the destination, volume and weight of the parcel.
Payment
We prefer payment through Debit or Credit Card, Direct Transfer or Paypal. We may consider alternative payment methods such as a 'Bankers Draft', cheque or Postal Order. Please mention this requirement at the 'Quotation Stage'.
The description of the goods, services, price and currency will be set out at the Quotation stage.
Acceptance of your order
Acceptance is subject to our receiving cleared funds for the full amount. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Purchases made through our website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We will not accept orders for multiple quantities of an item
Shipping
UK Mainland shipping is included in the price. Highlands, remote areas, islands e.g. Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Anglesey, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or international shipping will require a specific shipping quotation which may delay shipping. We need your full postal address and a telephone number. We will only deliver orders to hotels if additional conditions are met.
For orders accepted before 12:00, we aim to ship within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
UK delivery is normally 1-5 days. International delivery is dependent on the service paid for and the destination. Delivery times and dates are for general guidance only and we are not liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to ship within 2 working days, we will notify you.
You are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive the goods.
If our couriers are unable to deliver through no fault of ours or theirs and the parcel is returned to their depot or to us, you will be responsible for the returns and re-shipping costs.
The Goods ordered will meet the description as shown on our website and contained in a quote. We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery.
Items Not Received
If you do not receive your goods:
- Check with your neighbours.
- Deliveries are to be signed for on receipt. Any other arrangements must be agreed in advance and are entirely your responsibility.
Delays
Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed. We will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by youis incorrect or inadequate.
Cancellation rights
Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 working days and receive a full refund. Cancellation must be in writing. If the item has already been dispatched we ask you to return the item to us. You must take reasonable care of all goods in your possession. You must return them to us (see Returns) within 7 days from the cancellation date.
All goods returned to us should be insured. No refund of any payments will be made until we have checked the goods.
Returns, except in cases of cancellation
We hope that every Walkin’ Wheels® user and their dog will be happy with their wheelchair. If you experience problems, please call us. Often we can help with advice or a simple adjustment.If you decide that the wheelchair is no longer needed,please email us.
- Returnedunopened
If you return the wheelchair to us between 7 - 14 days in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging we will give you a refund less shipping costs. If you arrange your own shipping, please ensure you obtain proof of postage. For orders shipped to addresses outside mainland UK, we need to receive your return within 20 days. Any products that are not in the original undamaged package, not properly repackaged or damaged will receive a refund based on our evaluation. - Refused Delivery
Please do not refuse delivery as we and you will be charged for this - Within 1 year
The wheelchair is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship (with the exception of normal wear and tear of the harness and wheels). If something breaks, please let us know and we will repair or replace the item (at our option). You are responsible for all shipping charges.
* The front and rear harness or leg rings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These can be useful without the cart, for lifting your pet.
Buy Back Policy
The time may come when you no longer need the wheelchair. We may, at our discretion, be able to buy back your used wheelchair.Refund values are at our discretion, once we have seen the condition of the item.
Refunds
The details used for the purchase will be credited with the refund within 30 working days of our receipt of the goods. It may take 7-10 working days to appear on your account statement.
